We take great care of making sure that no contaminants enter your loop. Before any waterblocks or radiators are installed, they are flushed. After the loop is assembled, we then run a Loop Cleaner and system prep for 6-8hrs. Afterwards we flush the entire system out with 2-3 gallons of lab-grade deionized water. This allows for a perfect system prep and riding the system of any impurities left behind from the manufacturing process and lowers any risk of contamination entering the loop.
Please note: Since we mix our own coolant using MAXTITE Type I Ultrapure Analytical Grade Deionized Water and PrimoChill Liquid Utopia antimicrobial inhibitors, you cannot top off the system with any premixes. We will provide you with an extra bodle for topping off your system, but if you want to switch coolants over to premix coolants you will need to drain your entire loop first.

Please be advised custom liquid cooled systems increase normal build times and can extend up to 3-4 weeks. We will certainly keep you up to date every step of the way.
Though EK has been increasing their deliveries to outlets, system integrators, and customers, we still have experienced periodic shortages of certain components. If this happens at the time we have received your build ticket and it results in your projected build time exceeding the normal build time of 3 to 4 weeks we will notify you immediately and you may be given the choice to wait till we can receive the necessary components, offer an alternative component such as from Alphacool, or me may offer to refund the purchase price if you so desire.
The important thing to us is that your happy with your purchase and though we can't control other companies and having to be reliant on their components to make our product, we can do our best to stand as an honest truthful company who wants nothing more than to share in our passion for custom high-performance computing and the art of custom liquid cooling with other enthusiasts.
We understand brand loyalty and though we are a smaller operation and can’t handle infinite options for our custom cooling systems, we do however want to offer our customers further options of at least two brand-specific designs and one of our own that uses very carefully chosen components between multiple brands Like EKWB and Alphacool.

Though shipments of key componentry from EKWB have been better since EKs Merger, it unfortunately is still not optimal and therefore our own stock of the necessary components to complete these custom cooling systems can quickly go out-of-stock leaving us at the mercy of the manufacture and when they send us our stock.
If we run out of stock at the time of your order or if our shipments from the manufacturer fail to arrive on time, since this may affect your original projected build time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If in the unlikely, though still possible event that the projected build time far exceeds your already given projected build time, or if the manufacture discontinuous an item that we were unaware of, we may offer a variety of options including; discounts, substituting the missing component with an equivalent from another brand or possibly even an offer of a full refund (depending on the situation and other factors).
We understand that this can be upsetting if this happens to you, please believe us, we get it. We are a smaller completely private owned company, full of incredibly talented people who just want to share our passion with other passionate people.
